The University Inn & Conference Center features 74 recently remodeled guest rooms and over 10 conference meeting rooms, including a newly remodeled auditorium with state of the art audio visual technology. Accommodations include free WiFI, continental breakfast, covered parking, and Aggie Ice Cream.

Lodging Reservations

A block of rooms is being held at the University Inn until two weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. After this time, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.

To make a reservation:

• Please call 800-231-5634 and mention the rate code "SBC Meeting" and state that you wish to make a reservation within the block.
• Classic rooms are $74.00 per night, Deluxe rooms are $84.00 per night, and Grand Suites are $114.00 per night, plus tax.
• Rate is available for one night pre- and post-conference for those who may be considering extended visits.
